For kids in 6th-12th grade, St. John's Youth Group offers opportunities for students to come together to enjoy fun activities, devotions, community service, and outings.

Thank you everyone for helping us donate 10 packages of diapers, 10 packages of wipes, and two bibs to Alternatives. You have helped so many families.

The bake sale was a huge success!! We made $320.00 for the youth outside spreading Jesus's word. The students decided they would like to do the outside devotion at Lost Island Theme Park/Waterpark next summer and also Palmers where they can talk about Jesus while playing miniature golf and go-carts.  This has been a huge success at Lost Island Water Park where we did a sit and listen to the story of Noah's Ark. Lots of little ones came to sit down and listen with us.  We have also gone to the trampoline park and the kids spread the love of Jesus by having other kids join them in their games.

For the October community project, LYF will be collecting school supplies to donate to the Community Lutheran School teachers to keep in their classrooms.  We have little bags we would like to fill up on the back table :)  LYF would like to thank the teachers for all their hard work and help them have extra supplies in their room for when a child would need it. We are asking for any of the following donations:

* 8 pack Crayola Markers

* Crayola Crayons

* Crayola Colored Pencils

* Play-Doh

* Notebooks

* Elmers liquid glue or glue sticks

* #2 pencils

*  Crackers ( they keep for snacks in their rooms)

*  Black Expo Markers

* Child sized scissors

* Watercolor paints

STUDENTS Important Note!!

We will be meeting Sept 28 at the W in Waverly ( 3:00 until you get done swimming) to practice Pickle Ball for the upcoming pickleball tournament and we will also be swimming so please bring your swim gear that day. We will have the basketball, racquetball, and track to use also. This is free. You may bring a friend if they would like to play pickleball too. Just let me know!

God Bless you all and thank you for your continued support.
