What to Expect at St. John Lutheran Church in Denver, Iowa

Welcome! Bulletins, which outline the order of service are available at the doors to the sanctuary.
Our services follow a traditional Lutheran liturgy in the hymnals in each pew. Children are always welcome to attend any worship service! Children's activity bags are available in the Narthex.
Holy Communion is celebrated on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays, as well as during festivals. St. John practices close communion. If you are not a member of St. John Lutheran Church, please speak with Pastor or a deacon if you are unsure about partaking in the Lord's Supper.
Following worship, please join us in the Narthex for coffee and refreshments!
