Prize supplies for Bingo at Sunset Home are getting low. Some items that are popular prizes include small cans of diet pop (especially Dr. Pepper), small stuffed animals, large print word search books, plastic solar dancers, etc. If you'd like to help out, just place them in the secretary's office.  We're always thankful to have volunteers to help the residents play bingo!  Just show up on the 4th Friday of the month at 10:00 a.m. Thank you for your past and continuing generosity!

Join us for a "honey" of an evening!

 An evening filled with good conversation, a little fun, fellowship and food is planned. Rachel will lead us in a devotion that has something to do with honey! Bring a friend!

Kids of the Kingdom Starts October 1st!

On October 1st, the after-school Kids of the Kingdom (KoK) program starts!  Games, crafts, snacks and a meaningful lesson with Pastor Schlie to help kids grow in their faith in the Lord are planned. 

WHO: Kids Preschool to 5th grade. 

WHEN: The 1st Wednesday of each month - 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

WHERE: St. John Fellowship Hall

How Can You Help? 

• PRAY! Pray for the leaders, helpers and kids that God's word will be spoken and heard. 
• SHARE! Know some kids in your neighborhood who might benefit? Share a flyer/registration form available in the Narthex or here with them! 
• HELP. We're always looking for volunteers to help prepare, setup and help with the kids!  A signup sheet to help with the upcoming KoK will be posted on the Narthex bulletin board in advance of each KoK. 

Registration. Though pre-registration is not necessary, we do ask parents to register their kids so that we can prepare sufficient supplies, etc. and so we have emergency contact information on file.  A registration form is available in the Narthex under the bulletin board, can be downloaded and printed here or completed online here.
