Pictures from January 22nd "Ladies Who Lutheran" Evening
A fun evening of fellowship, refreshments & fun with the 26 ladies who joined us! Special thanks to Carol Jaschen & Carolyn Happel for hosting! We watched a wonderful video of flowers, birds, furry friends, sunrises & sunsets on the Happel Century Farm all accompanied by Jean Hilbert's beautiful piano music. Then we had a little fun getting to know each other testing our Bible knowledge together before closing the evening with prayer. Carol sent us all home with a "prayer rock" to help remind us to pray morning & evening. Our next Ladies Night will be February 26th at 6:30 p.m. Deb Galpin & Joan Wellman are hosting and planning a fun evening to include a little crafting time.

Good food, good fellowship, Bingo and Make & Take Centerpieices...
18 kids at St. John Kids of the Kingdom on November 14th helped pack 30 boxes to be sent to Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child! Games, lessons, crafts and activities all centered around Jesus' Parable of the Good Samaritan.
Next Kids of the Kingdom is December 6th, 2:00-3:50 p.m. Kids will learn that Jesus brightens even the darkest situations. Darkness can be scary. But all it takes is one little candle to destroy the darkness and bring light. Jesus came to earth to be the Light of the World. Even in our darkest times, we can remember that Jesus can brighten any situation with his light.
